• On-Site Workshops   provide in-depth examination of LCS and LCS-correlated topics in lively half or full day sessions.
• Additional Presenters and Experts are available to speak and train on a variety of subjects like Survival Spanish for Educators, Family Friendly Schools and more.
• Follow-up and Support are important elements for finding success with LCS.  A follow-up and support program will ensure continuing improvement.
• Coaching Services  Some teachers benefit greatly from individual coaching, especially talented, but new teachers who develop much quicker with specific guidance.
• Technical Support  Technology is a rapidly growing factor in education with PDAs, computer databases, etc. We help you sort through the constantly changing landscape to get the most out of the newest products.
• Observation Laboratory   Correct observation is key to teacher development. These labs train school staff to handle observation tasks accurately and professionally.
• LCS Introductory Session presented by Mike Rutherford for teachers in the school or district.
• LCS On-Site Media Package This is a program of 15 one-hour DVD study/learning sessions designed to support the application of the LCS principles of teaching and learning at the school site. The facilitator’s guide is included. Teacher workbooks are provided for each teacher.
• Facilitator Three Day Training Session for on-site facilitators who will guide the year long video series for school based staff development.
• School-wide Instructional Practices Assessment Baseline data will be defined at the beginning of the program. Formative assessments will benchmark growth. At the end of the program, a summative evaluation will summarize positive growth and areas for continued improvement.
• Executive Principal Coaching 18 month coaching relationship, including three days of training and coaching on site, weekly phone support and unlimited e-mail coaching support.
• Faculty Development including work style profile, communication skills, personal development, community building, conflict management.
• Faculty On-site Modeling including coaching, mentoring, demonstration lessons, training for collaborative planning.
