Skillful Observation and Coaching Laboratory:
At selected schools, with a small group of school leaders (12-15), Mike models his classroom observation and coaching process. At the end of this session, participants will be able to skillfully observe instruction and use the conferencing protocol.
Instructional Practices Assessment:
Using the 3 Column Observation Format ™ a team of RLG certified coaches observes and gathers data to identify instructional practice in every participating school classroom. The data is collated, and presented to the faculty in a summary report. Instructional strengths are defined, and recommendations for improvements are presented.
